Returns & Exchange
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with original tags to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Opened/used item(s) will not be processed. To receive a full refund, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit.
The below categories cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged:
- Customized Items
- Final Sale Items
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page)
Changed your mind about an order? Welcome to return it back to us! In order to do an exchange, simply follow the steps below:
1) Place a NEW order for any NEW items that you would like to order (please order it directly on our website and complete payment)
2) Return the received order/item(s) within 15 days of delivery, and include the order ID of the new order you placed.
1) Contact us by Email at: email@example.com or submit return request online: My Account >> My Orders >> Return.
2) After your return request be authorized, please return the received order/item(s) within 15 days of delivery.
3) Remember to include order ID along with all returns.
4) Refund minus actual shipping of original order will be released after the parcel received and checked. Shipping costs are not refundable only if there are quality/ damage issues caused by VEEYOO.com.
