How fast are orders processed?
All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Customized orders are processed within 10-15 business days. Final processing time is displayed on products’ detail page.
Can I update/cancel my order or change my address?
If updation or cancellation is needed, please contact our Customer Care Team for help: cs@veeyoo.com. Before shipment, shipping address can be modified at any time. This is also handled by our Customer Service.
Do you offer gift receipt?
Yes, VEEYOO offers gift receipt. Please tell us your detailed request when you place the order.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, E-Gift Cards are available on VEEYOO. Please go to our Gift Card page for details.
Where can I find my gift card or know how much I have?
Please follow the steps below to get your gift card information:
1), Login on VEEYOO first;
2), Go to My Account >> Gift Card dashboard;
3), Enter your gift card code, you will find the detailed gift card information.
Are the product on your site true to color?
We tried our best to make the color different as minimum as we can, please don’t worry about it. But the real color may differ from the screen computer, this is uncontrollable, please kindly note that.
Shipping
What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?
VEEYOO offers two kinds of shipping methods:
1) Priority shipping, it will take about 1-3 business days for delivery
2) Express shipping, it will take about 3-5 business days for delivery
3) Standard shipping, it will take about 5-7 business days for delivery
Do you ship internationally?

Where is my parcel?
Please check the shipping status first on the sites which we list below the last question. If there is anything abnormal, please contact our Customer Care Team for help: cs@veeyoo.com. We will resend the item after we recheck the address with you, or offer you full refund if you prefer for it, when we ensure your parcel is lost.
Return & Exchange
What is your return or exchange policy?

How can I return or exchange an item?
Please follow the steps below to proceed your return:
1) Login on VEEYOO first;
2) Go to My Account >> My Order dashboard;
3) Find the order you want to return, click “Return” button, you will be redirected to a page which need your detailed return information. Please offer all the information, then submit;
4) After your submission, a new return record will be generated on “My Account >> My Returns” dashboard. If your return request meets our return policy, we will let your know and proceed the return process within 48 hours. Always check the update on “My Return” dashboard please, all multidate information will be shown here.
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If the items you received are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team: cs@veeyoo.com at the earliest time. And please offer us the picture proofs for us to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
What if I got a gift which comes with the product I bought when I want to return the item? Do I need to return the gift?
Please treat the gift as a normal good on sale, and return it with the product you bought based on our return policy.
Payment & Refund
Why is my order not going through on Credit Card?
Payment failure via credit card may be caused by:
1) Information you offer is not complete.
2) Your IP location differs from your billing address.
3) The funds is not sufficient for you to pay.
In these cases, we will send you a new invoice within 24 hours for you to pay again. Or you could contact our Customer Service at cs@topwedding.com for further help.
What forms of payment do you take and what currency are your prices in?
VEEYOO offers paypal and credit card for payment. The transaction currency is based on site currency. For example, if your place and order on our US site, the transaction currency is US dollars. If you purchase something on our UK site, the transaction currency will be British pounds.
When can I expect my refund?
After we get your returned parcel and confirmed it is in original condition
